coaching

Training and consistency are the most important aspects of freediving. Through training we not only perfect the most technical skills, but we also focus our minds on how to face new challenges and set personal goals. The objective is to increase relaxation, improve compensation and minimize effort, stress and oxygen consumption. We will design a specific, dry and water training plan, to improve those areas you need to work on.
